- You will be responsible for Multi-family / Condo sites, Retail Complexes /Condo sites. You will ensure all property management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively. You will be also responsible for managing the maintenance technician. Also to ensure smooth operation of the site. You will also help manage the budget, managing building operations.
What you'll need to succeed/Minimum Qualifications
- You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of Property Management experience. You will have experience of managing direct reports and strong customer services abilities. Excellent communication skills and a good team focused attitude are essential for this role, RECA licence is required.
